Urethral insert for CD

My owner is considering a new device for me and I'm grateful as she seems to be leaning towards the Holy Trainer.

I would like to add some kind of urethral insert for sensation, stretching and possibly making it easier to urinate while wearing the device.

My main concerns are comfort and how to make it stay in place.

My best approach so far seems to be a silicone catheter or sound like the following.

TetherSpouts looks really interesting. They will certainly address the problem with urinating and the installation/removal time is not a problem for me since it will happen once a week.

I may consider them in the future but right now I'm looking for the stretching part.

I would love to try this!! I read through your blog and love the idea! Only a couple questions, Does it stop "Turtling" if so , is there any pain say while standing up from a chair or bending over to pick something up?

It is my understanding that the part of the urethra that would get stretched is the same ring of inelastic tissue (ligament?) that a TetherSpout's retainer anchors onto. It is possible that such stretching (with sounds, I assume) could reduce that tissue's future ability to hold tethers in place. At least that's what the Tether Products owner seems to imply in some of his writings.
