I was not aware that there was size steps. I thought that custom made implied exact size can be ordered.
Could the various users of custom made devices give their thoughts on how accurate the size should be ?

@crated51: I've never been pinched during the past several months of full time wearing
@Papageno: As far as I know, most custom manufacturers specify sizing steps on their site. It doesn't hurt asking if they can make something in between sizes. However, please remember that your own size will vary as well, even if your penis is not erect. I took several measurements over the course of a few days, and averaged the values. When ordering, I specified the nearest size down. For the cage itself, slightly (!) smaller is better than a bit too large. This is not the case for the base ring however. Too small in that area is uncomfortable and could even cause damage. It is the combination of base ring diameter and the size of the gap between ring and cage that must be correct to comfortably but also securely trap the testicles.

I suggest you try some cheap chinese metal devices with several ring sizes first before ordering a custom device. In the end this will probably be cheaper and safer than trying to find the right size immediately.

That's what I'm doing, with a cheap chrome plated device having 3 different base rings. But the cage tube is unique, and does not allow to test various diameter or length...

Thanks guys for your comments, I'm very happy that "Scoobes182" enjoy his "SIssy Cage" :)

@ Papageno,

I understand your comment, the thing is that we (devices maker) don't make the rings, we buy it all made (I just change their shapes to oval sometimes). And the standards in Europe are 5mm to 5mm, quite the same in US but based on other measures. I would love to find a ring seller in US to complete my sizes! ;)
Concerning the length of the cage's tube, we propose 10mm to 10mm, because in my sense we don't need more precision to reach the goal to fit good. But when someone tell me that he needs a 65mm tube, I try to tend to this result.

The devices look good and did I see ring sizes over 50mm ??

Only thing missing from the collection would be a curved ring.

About the oval shape option : in what direction is the long axis of the oval?
What are the pros and cons of this option?

-Yes, some people ask sometimes for bigger sizes than 50, I can supply 55/60/65 and 70mm base rings.

-You're true about a curved ring, I'm working on it because one of my best partner I work with, the french domina's blog http://jedominemonmari.com/category/qui-sommes-nous/ often ask me for this option, soon...

-Usually the long axis is vertical, most of the people like it like that, but a few time some customers asked me for the opposite, the horizontal axis bigger.

-The oval shape seems to feel more comfortable for a lot of people (less pressure and friction down the scrotum), but it depends to everyone, other guys will prefer a round shape. An other thing is that oval shapes allows to find intermediary sizes between the classic 5 to 5mm rings. For example in my case, the 40 round was too tied, the 45 round too loose, and I finally found my perfect size with a 40 made oval at 43x38mm.

Apart from confort question, does the oval shape change something on the ease /difficulty to put the ring on? And what about escaping the cock from the locked cage?

Yes Papageno, The oval shape seems to me a little bit easier to put on, but I don't think there's a huge difference.
As any device in the market, it's possible to take off the cock from mines and put it on again (Not the all cage, it get stuck on the bowls). Depend of your adjustments and options, it can be easy or really hard, but always possible. At this day I don't know any other 100% secure thing as the Prince Albert piercing locked on the cage. Every device is escapable without PA. I'm working on a thing as witness the fact that you escaped your cock out...

I was looking on the site and I couldn't tell if the additional rings have a round strut bar or if the sides are slightly squared on the sides.
