Red Chili: Does anybody know this French cage manufacturer?

While looking for possible alternatives to the likes of MM, MCN or SteelWorxx, I came across a French manufacturer of custom devices. I did a search on the forum, but couldn't find any references.

They use 316 stainless and IMO they've got some interesting designs that look quite comfortable as well as their own variations on the locking system. Prices seem reasonable as well.

Does anybody have any experience with their products?

Fascinating.

These look a lot like the ones I've seen for sale on the Chinese ebay clone DHGate. Except that these have a pin coming vertically from the ring, which is a nice touch.

According to the information on the website, their devices are being handmade by their own craftsmen in France & Spain.

I like the way the ZZ cage looks and, apart from the silly name, the Sissy Cage as well.
They also state that their optional Discipline Belt eliminates discomfort during nocturnal erections.

As I live in Europe, shipping and handling would not be too expensive and the price in EUR is quite competitive with the other custom builders. If I find some positive reviews, I might order from them.

I don't know. Trying to not be too critical but the design looks to be prone to pinching, poking in an uncomfortable way when bending over, and the examples do not look very finished or refined. Spanner screws are only very slightly more secure than a regular nut and bolt.

One thing puzzling me, is that the dimension can not be any number.
The possible tube length are 10mm spaced, and ring diameters are 5mm spaced.
Why can't the exact required diameter or length be manufacture?

Why is that 'puzzling' you? Most ordering pages give a list of options in just the same way. As an example, take a look at the options on the Mature Metal site.


The cage designs look ok to me but I too would like a review from a wearer with experience. The fact that they are in Europe would certainly be a plus point for me. I'm very tempted. My only concern from looking at the pics is that I think the cage may be loose as the locking pin (or lock) doesn't seem to hold the cage in place very firmly.

I bought the sissy cage and received it Saturday. so far i like it better the the jail bird by MM. It hides under your cloths very good. They customized the ring for me to 43mm its perfect size for me. i got the no escape option which give 2 extra supports on the base ring that you can attach a chain belt to. it holds the cage closer to your body so its harder to pull out of. also makes it so the cage wont twist. you can also get anti pullout spikes.

so far i like it more the the jail bird i owned. I could never get it to fit quite right. this one seems to be perfect 1st try. shipped to the US is cheaper than a MM jalbird.

Forgot to mention the owner is very quick to respond to questions and concerns the only thing i did not like is i had to sign for the package when it came in the mail. I was not home so i had to drive to the post office.

It's puzzling me because I read in the forum that one has to have a glove fit to get confort. If I spend time measuring that I need a 33mm diameter tube, I then have the choice between a to tight 30mm and a loose 35mm. Same for length between something to short or to long by 5mm.

The Red-Chili steps for length are 10mm, and 5mm for diameter. Comparatively, Mature Metal and Male Chastity Now both offer respective steps of 1/4" (6.4 mm) and 1/8" (3.2 mm).
Maybe you can check with Aken (the maker of those Red Chili cages, who is a member here) to see if he can do custom dimensions?
