Issues after some days of chastity, please help

Hi.
After some days of chastity, my glans started to looking dry and cracked, and I occasionally feel some pricking near it. Is that a real cause of concern, or is something that usually can happen? Any advice? Thank you.

I'm unsure if it's the material of your device doing it but I ran into the same problem with my Holy Trainer after several days of wear. I think the silicon type devices don't allow for breathability so moisture and soap residue stays on your Johnson causing the issue. I get a little bit of a prickling feeling when I know I missed a spot when drying the inside of my tube while it's still on. I would remove your device and thoroughly clean yourself, then once dry use a good moisturizer and then try it out again. Try to use a high pressure hand held shower head to blow all the soap out of your device and off your skin. Maybe try drying with a blow drier as well.

i agree, i think its staying wet or moist too long and not drying properly.

The situation evolved, now is like my dick is moulting or something; i'll see if the skin or whatever it is come off without significant issues. In the meantime, thanks to the both of you; I was worried that it could be something more serious; Lockedwithlove, have you ever had similar problems again?

I don't do *anything* to 'dry' after washing. I rinse with high pressure, then go straight to a bit of lube, either silicone or baby/mineral oil...silicone seems best. I have been doing this for a goodly number of years and have never done the hair-dryer thing or anything else.

I think that residual soap may be the biggest culprit in dry, cracked skin. When I was still a young schoolboy, I experimented with various masturbation aids. There was a day when I was using some 'Head and Shoulders' shampoo and I was in a situation where I nearly got caught, and I had to put it away without rinsing off. The skin dried out severely, resulting in cracking and peeling...and considerably painful erections for a time, which, being an over-sexed adolescent, occurred rather frequently.

My recommendation:

1) Be sure ALL soap is removed
2) Lube generously to moisturize the skin

yeah I guess it could be the soap. I only experienced that when I was wearing a steelheart. Anyone who has had one of those know its pretty difficult to clean while wearing it. I never used much soap and only tried a little soapy qtip to clean but would get the really bad dry skin when I took it off. I dont think the skin was able to breath, if that makes sense.

Try a different soap, like a moisturizing type.
