Another new design for PA: The Rigid Chastity Impaler

Post by Albert Steel »

Hi!
I stumbled across a new balls-free device, the Impaler in May and liked the design idea. So I decided to give it a go and see if it's more secure than the Steelworxx Securo Cage (which I'm selling on the forum).I'm using the Steelworxx looker02 but have been interested in a non-ball trap version as an alternative.

Here's a few lines for anyone who might be interested. PA piercing is required for this device.

The Impaler comes from Poland. You can check the design on the website and the pictures really explain it better than I could so I won't go into details there. I liked how the device looked and ordered one. Initially there was only one device available, the one now called Impaler model 01. What I ordered is now called the model 02, which has a pee-through hole in the hook.
Just a short while ago another new design, the modular device, has appeared on the site. First it had a straight cage in the pictures like with the Impaler (which to me sounds bad idea, having a bulky thing poking straight in your pants), but they seem to already have changed that into a curved design. So they seem to be expanding the selection..

The delivery time was estimated to be 3 weeks but was actually 7 and rigid chastity was extremely slow in responding to emails (one to two weeks). In the end I got just what I had ordered as an express delivery.
The design seems to work well. It's very easy to put on and quite unnoticeable in use.
The locking mechanism is the same type that Steelworxx uses (in fact the lock cylinders are interchangeable which is a bonus for me).
Especially the pee-through hole is a great idea. Though my piercing is not on the large side so the hole diameter is quite small but it still makes toilet business a lot cleaner than just with a salt dispenser type head.. ;)

So far I've worn the device for a few days at a time and it has been very comfortable. It is not as light as the marketing texts might suggest but you can see that right from the pictures - i suspect that the MCN Glans Armor would be somewhat lighter. So the Impaler could be a lot to have hanging free from your piercing day in and out. I prefer wearing boxer shorts but noticed that the better support of briefs something you appreciate with this type of a chastity cage.
The build quality and finish is very good, though not quite as perfect as Steelworxx has. If I'd give Steelworxx 10, this would probably be a 9.
Overall I'm happy with this purchase so far and think the design idea is the best I've seen to date for the type. Price is well in line considering the quality.

someone from another forum said they ordered one of these in may and hasnt heard or seen anything since. Looks like a great device but they seem to be lacking in customer service.

They've just gone on advertising spree on Fetlife with some "New" modular cage... so they're still around. But considering some of the communication problems I've seen I'd be a little wary.
Bec says, I do.

This cage looks heavy, and the weight would rest on the piercing. That will almost certainly be terribly uncomfortable during the day when it's weight is just hanging down pulling on the PA.
Something like the evotionwearables design that is lighter and rests on the glans will be much more sustainable.

I love it when people review and rate things based on pictures, not experience.
Personally I usually cannot go running naked the whole day so this far the weight has not been an issue at all, the weight isn't really hanging down pulling on the PA but sitting in the pants. But as said, it most likely would be a problem if I was to do so wearing (any) this type of device. On such a day I'd prefer the Looker.

I agree that the communication from the manufacturer was so slow it got me worried about my money as well. After not getting answers for about two weeks and the original delivery estimate passing, I opened a Paypal dispute about the deal (had read someone else had done the same). After this the delivery was fast, but without any apologies or explanation of the delay. Not the best way to build reputation..
