Lifting weights, more sleep, more sun (D-vitamine?) and zing/magnesium/b12 supplements if you wonder!
We have done it for a short week at a time now and then previously. When we started up again now I run into the blue balls wall kinda quickly. Like one-two days.
I really want to go for longer, but the pain is too much to be worth it as it is now. My SO pegged me yesterday, which made me discharge a bit and let up the pressure. Today it's starting to get bad again.
Does it ever get better? Does it go away?
I can't believe people enjoy blue balls in that kinky kind of way, it hurts so much
