Hair or Bare

Prefer bare, but still tryin'.
Any tipps to get it smooth without ingrown hairs...?

I hate the ingrown hairs on myself. A good quality shave lotion (Coochie Cream from Athena's is great) and hubby has found that the more often you keep up on it the better it is as well as keeping the area well lotioned and moisturized helps as well.

I prefer hair but wide prefers bare. I try to keep my hair for as long as wife allows. Typically it is removed via Nair but it has been waxed (Boyzilian) and shaved. Usually I have no issue with ingrown hair but there have been a few times. I regularly use exfoliating pad everywhere (not just where the hair has been removed) which may help with the ingrown hairs.

Ive found trimming is best as the ring can pull on the hair and creating a sore spot.
Plus if you are using some lotion for comfort it will glide on the skin better and not get caught in hair.

But keeping it trim without being unlocked is still tricky for me.

My wife bought me a beard/hair trimmer yesterday and I trimmed it all pretty short before going into the cage last night. Hair pulling around the ring isn't an issue anymore and I think that's what was causing soreness last time.

I have found that, If I trim all the pubic hairs to a half inch or less, I don't have any pinching or pulling issues. Although I have been shaved, I prefer the hairs kept short versus shaved. Never got used to the "clammy" feeling of the saved skin. Maybe, over time, one can get used to it, but I'm rather lazy, get in to much of a hurry, and tend to nick myself with the razor. My KH/Spouse hasn't indicated a preference, but if she did, that would be the order of the day.

The first month I was in chastity I shaved bare and i have quite a bit of body hair. I also got a ton of ingrowns that actually prevented me from wearing the device for a couple of weeks. I ended up just cutting the hair really short and have not had problems as far as pinching or pulling and I am also in a HT. If your KH wants you bare than look into some of the aftershave products that people have mentioned in this thread but if she doesn't care than just keep it short and you should have any problems.

I've been shaved for about 20 years now. The Seiko Clean Cut bikini shaver, every 2 or 3 days. Takes 5 minutes, no ingrown hairs. Works great even with the cage on (though I can't shave the shaft in those times.)

FYI - do not leave the battery in the shaver when not in use.

See I would go totally bare. Under arms and legs too. Hair is always getting into things. That just seems... I don't know, like odd? But, I just locked back up today, and didn't take care of shaving, and I've already caught hair twice in the HT2. You'd swear there were moving parts...

Is it odd to shave? I guess that's where I'm going.

Dad doesn't want me shaving or trimming my body hair, so I don't.
