Everyone loves the MM Jailbird, enlighten me

Everyone seems to love their Jailbird and I want to jump on that band wagon. I have the Holy Trainer and it's been okay but I can clearly see the overall benefits of the JB. My question is this, how many of you feel that it is a hard device to pull out of? I'm pretty sure I have the correct ring fit with my HT but I still think it's to easy to pull out of. I know for a ball trap device these are issues that we run into with them but with the punishment screws etc on the JB would really make you not want to even attempt a pull out. I'm not that weak willed that I would pull it off just to masturbate, it's way more fun to only have my KH play with me, but I like/need that helpless feeling like it's not escapable (I know a PA would be best but I need to talk my wife Ono that). Would any of you say the JB is a fairly difficult device to pull out of especially with the punishment screws?

Lockedwithlove, no TBD is completely secure without a PA piercing. The JB is no different. I'm on my third MM device and I like the JB the best for both hygiene and comfort. Yes, if I'm flaccid enough and soaped up in the shower I can pull out the back as I suspect most can, but my base ring is sufficiently tight enough that trying to self pleasure would be difficult and probably wouldn't be pleasurable. As far as the spiked inserts, I haven't heard of even one person that has given a positive report on using them. Most say they are too painful. The only caveat I would add is that it took me 3 MM devices to get the measurements right, the cage diameter to be exact. Most discussions I see on here focus on the length but the cage diameter is the most important measurement because it can't be changed once done and it, along with the proper sized base ring, determines how well the device fits.

Thanks for the heads up about the punishment screws, pain isn't my thing. Sounds like I'd like the Jailbird and if also be okay that i'd have to really soap up and get it wet to pull out, that's the difficulty I'm looking for. Also I like the hygene factor of the Jailbird. My HT worries me sometimes because I'm never 100% sure if im totally dry after I use a hair drier, swabs etc... Anyway thanks for putting in your 2 cents.

Hi Mitch, I also have a MM Jail Bird and Watchful Mistress. Did quite a bit of reading before I ordered both and didn't find any real positive comments regarding the inserts, at least for long term wear. My wife tends to want to "lock me and leave me". There is usually lots of teasing in between but having to ask her to remove the screws with in a few days of putting them in would not sit very well with her.

As for keeping yourself "clean"? I've never had one problem with either of them and trust me my wife would let me know if I missed something or if it was getting 'nasty' down there.

I totally agree with this statement. Virtually all the MM devices can be easily cleaned and maintained with the right equipment. I recommend some cleaning swabs from http://www.swab-its.com/. They are long enough, tough, and can be rinsed and reused.

Cleanliness is easy in the JB not sure of the screws you speak of but I wear mine with a long punishment pin 24/7 with no problem . I go commando 24/7 so there is a little pinch once in a while in the ball department but other than that all is good .

In my experience, wishful4 is dead on. TBD can only be so secure and, yes, a piercing can greatly increase security of pretty much any device but at a risk. Most people have incorporated certain piercings to various devices. Both, ones that were designed to work with a piercing, and those that aren't. I assume most have been able to do so without complications but there is always a degree of risk to any piercing and that risk is enhanced when used in conjunction with a piercing.
As for the Jailbird, I wore one on and off for about 2 years and I really liked mine. I'll admit that escape by backing out of the cage was certainly possible and I agree that cage diameter is extremely important to achieving a good fit. When I went to my Watchful Mistress, I chose to shorten the device a little bit but I left the diameter the same and I'm glad I did because my Watchful Mistress wears so much tighter then my Jailbird did with the same inside diameter. Getting the measurements exactly right is really tough and may take a little effort to do so. As for the security pins, I ordered all three sizes with a blunt tip on them. The only one that really worked for me was the smallest one. Could I still pull out, Maybe? But, there is no way I could get back in. Therefore, I'm not even going to try.

I went through most of the popular off the shelf devices and even the cheap ones on Amazon. I spent more on these non custom made devices than I did if I would have bought the JB upfront. The big difference is that unless you just happen to have a penis that is exactly the same girth and length as the device you buy, you are not getting the best fit.

My JB touches the sides and tip of my penis like a good fitting glove. It prevents erections and allows my wife to touch and feel the skin of my penis. The ring is oval and narrow so it is very comfortable once you get the right size. The gap is exactly the right size for me. The cage is a perfect fit and keeps my penis in-between my testicles so it never shows even under my summer shorts. When I leave my house I usually forget I am wearing it. It is that comfortable and light weight. Hygiene is so much better due to the open cage design. You can just pour a cup of soapy water over the whole cage and then rinse with clear water and no more cage smell like with the closed tube devices.

Also, the metal is slick and I can get by without lube most times.

I've been wearing the JB for almost a year and a half. It's comfortable and easy to keep clean with just a shower maasger. Pull out isn't an issue since I consented to be caged. Why would I try to escape?

I don't have a Jailbird, but do have a similar open design custom stainless steel device (the Contender). I'll tell you that it's my favorite out of 10 (?losing count). Well-fitting High-quality stainless steel beats anything else for comfort, security and style.
