10 and 2 chafing

Hi there, I'm looking for some advice. I am currently in an MM Jailbird. Its only been a couple of months on and off. For the most part it is very comfortable. I've adjusted the gap for more comfort I have 2 oval double base rings with both the security screw and lock option. Problem I am having is serious chafing at the ten and 2 position on scrotum. Within a week I have to take device off and heal for a few days. I use goldbond cream a few times a day to stay lubed but im at a loss as to what might be the issue. The only thing I feel the cage needs is a 1/4 inch taken off the length but I dont see that solving this. Any help would be much appreciated

Have you tried contacting MM? William's heard about every problem and can usually recommend an adjustment of some kind.

DEFINITELY contact MM and tell them what is going on.

If you feel around the ring at that spot are there ANY rough or uneven spots there where you are getting the chaffing? Also, have you tried a round ring? perhaps it's just the way your bits sit in the oval ring causing them to rub there and maybe you need a round ring to fit your body better. The difference between the rings is small but it's enough... worth thinking about.
