Thanks for the input. I believe my gf will take pity on me and give me a ruined o this weekend. But I was kind of a jerk yesterdY after our session. She may say screw it and suffer. But I don't know. I feel horrible today mentally physically and emotionally. My heart is pounding and getting an occasional sensation from the area I would expect is my prostate.

For a young, otherwise healthy guy with no history of prostatitis (did I spell that right?) there is no medical need to be milked or ruined. Your body will just absorb the fluid and little swimmer dudes who aren't ejaculated. These are things we made sure to ask the doctor before starting chastity.

Those TV ads come to mind "Talk to your doctor if..." I really should find a kink aware physician. My doc had never seen a PA before. I'll give him credit for maintaining his cool though. "Creative" was his compliment.

I find I will spontaneously ejaculate before I reach three weeks. It leaves me feeling drained but unsatisfied, still wanting an orgasm. But I guess I don't need milkings then if my body takes care of itself.

Emotionally though, it's better when my wife is present. I'd rather have any relief be due to her, or with her sharing. So for me I would say once every two weeks.

In other words, I don't presume to know what is right for other people. What works for one person might be a terrible option for another. So to go telling others how they "should" or "should not" do things is completely counter to my experience. Now, what works well for me, or what I've heard other people do, etc. That's the kind of wisdom and sharing that I'm a fan of.

I believe, with all my heart, that the word "should" doesn't do any one any good. We should stop using it!

I think part of the conflicting stories out there on this subject comes from the fact that everyone is different. There might be an average response to things but some people will react differently.

Consider this question. "What should my normal temp be." Most would say 98.6, but my Missy's normal temp is 97. More than a degree lower. If she is at 98.6 she has fever.

My advice is listen to what everyone here is saying but mostly listen to your body. If your body is telling you something's wrong than most likely something is. Your gf has control but she needs to know just what your bodies limits are. Plus over time that barrier usually can be pushed more and more.
