I have a question about wearing, I got a holy trainer with the medium ring (it coincided with the size of ring I was using on the CB knockoff I was using) and it is mostly comfortable, my balls are slightly reddish, but I have absolutely no pain unless I do something else that causes them pain (sitting wrong or the like) and it doesn't feel any colder than any other part of my body (I just got out of a hot shower so most of my body is cooler to the touch) I also have some fitness in the sac hat isn't noticeable much if at all. When I first got it I wore it for almost a day before I removed it and never had any real pain, except for the first time I tried getting hard, which still wasn't much. Is this normal/something I need to get used to? Or is it a bad fit? Right now I'm sitting here wearing it and I can't even feel it for the most part (like maybe I can tell like 5% and I'm guessing that's because I'm writing about it so its on my mind)

Sounds fine to me, main thing is it's not pinching and you're not having things "pop out". All MsM's new devices have felt a little awkward at first and the latest one (Contender) is purposefully small so it is always noticable and never 100% comfortable to remind me of MsM's control over Her cock and balls, my comfort is not Her priority. Anyway i digress, yours sounds fine to me.

I have the Holy Trainer V2. and found that I needed the next smallest sized ring than I was using on my CB6000s. The HT rings are oval in shape and the 44mm ring is two inches across the x axis and I was falling out of it every time I bent over. Their measurements are not very accurate.

It sounds like you are OK. Can you fit your fingertip under the ring? If so then it is not too tight. As far as hurting a little when getting an erection is normal as the devices should prevent you from getting an erection. I wear mine 24/7 and love it.

Yeah that little redness went away quite quickly, and all that was left that I could feel was some tightness on the sac, hopefully that doesn't remain an issue as I get used to it.
