I agree with slave d that it's all up to you and what you want for your satisfaction. I have only been wearing the device at times over the last 6-8 months or so and I haven't even quite lasted 9 days yet so good on both of you!

I am back in locked status after a 48 hour break and have changed to second longest spacer (with largest ring). There is certainly a learning curve for a newbie on this thing that's for sure! Ok Thanks GoddessRhea. I don't know much about that stocking method so I will look it up. The initial fitting was quite a challenge and at one stage I thought that it just was never going to fit let alone fit and lock, but it did. I still haven't taken it off and its been 9 hours now!!! Just discovered that when getting into a car, I need to sort of spread my legs wider so as not to pinch! Its on, its there and comfortably settled at the moment. Its only been on for 3 or 4 hours so far. Still testing. I imagine that sleeping tonight will be a big test!
