Absolute hogwash that you can't have a P.A. if you are uncircumcised! I have a P.A. myself and a frenum and I am uncircumcised. By the very nature of the P.A. piercing, it has to err to one side of your 'banjo sting' (the frenum) it doesn't go through it, so by dint of that, it IS very slightly off ...
