Piercing for uncircumcised

Post by notbeinfringed85 »

We have thrown around the idea if me getting a piercing for security and aesthetics. What is the best for an uncircumcised man? Some say a PA can't be done, others say it can but must be off center, which would drive me crazy. I've thought about a frenum but aren't sure how strong it would be. Any suggestions?

I had a frenum piercing for many years. I removed it for no special reason. You can get one if you aren't circumcised. You should get a barbell initially and do nothing with the piercing for at least several months to allow complete healing. I tried the Lori chastity tubes and reviewed them. They are usually secured by the frenum piercing. Most were just so heavy that it hurt me to wear them. However, after you fully heal, you can get a ring instead of a barbell and then lock the ring to a cage. Then there will be no pressure on the piercing unless you attempt to pull out. I can promise you won't try.

So you got me curious and I just read a bunch and it says on all the piercing sites I visited that it does need to be pierced sideways for those who are uncircumcised. I couldn't find a pic of it though. So I don't know if that meant off center (like you said) or turned sideways.

Might be worth a call to a tattoo/piercing shop and ask! :)

Try this for some pictures of an uncircumcised PA. They look like they are coming through at about 1 o'clock.

Yeah, my love for symmetry would drive me crazy. I'm gonna look more into frenum, if I take the plunge.

Absolute hogwash that you can't have a P.A. if you are uncircumcised!
I have a P.A. myself and a frenum and I am uncircumcised.
By the very nature of the P.A. piercing, it has to err to one side of your 'banjo sting' (the frenum) it doesn't go through it, so by dint of that, it IS very slightly off centre, but you can't tell unless you were to scrutinise closely.
Get it done! ... I've had mine for years and love it.

Totally agree with Debi - absolutely correct in everything he says.

I'm uncircumcised and the PA is great - wouldn't want to be without it.

You guys make the PA really tempting. How does the foreskin interact with the jewelry? Do you have to keep the foreskin pulled back?

I can only speak for myself but mostly my foreskin stays back behind the PA.

It is not problem for my foreskin to pull down over the ring - even my 19mm dia ring and that's comfortable, too. I think it is sensible that your foreskin should be able to pull down over the ring if necessary.

For me it feels fine either way, but looks much better when pulled back.

That bit about taking your time is so important - especially if you are going to be putting any pressure on your piercing by using it for security purposes. Go up in size slowly, and have the stretching done by a trusted piercer with a good reputation. It should all be fun and a pleasure.

I highly recommend a good quality titanium ring. They are very light and comfortable and the metal is high grade. However, sometimes I like the extra weight of a heavy stainless steel ring - and other times I may wear a brightly coloured acrylic barbell. Just for fun and to please my wife.

Do it and enjoy.

I suspect that everyone is built slightly differently. In my case, the foreskin stays over the P.A. just as it is intended... Until 'happy time' when it slides back to reveal the piercing. I actually really like the sensation of the skin sliding up and down over the piercing and for me it only heightens the pleasure.
I could never be without my piercing now. It does mean that you have to sit down to pee, but you are probably used to that if you are locked.
