One of the things I've picked up over the past few months is my wife often comments on the size of my balls and the amount of ejaculate (I'm vasectomised) that I produce when permitted. The other day she cupped them and asked if I had cheated as she thought they would be heavier by now (40ish days). I think that they lose volume once the leaking starts (20ish days usually) as that seems logical.
Beyond keeping hydrated (and avoiding the extremes of saline injection etc) does anybody have any tips to increase or at least maintain the size of my balls and volume I ejaculate?
I am totally happy if this becomes a general cum thread but if that's the case it should be a sticky!

The size of your balls depends on the amount of blood in them. The semen itself is very small in volume.
What you actually see is (mostly) produced by your prostate.
IMO, a major factor in semen fluid yield is the amount of teasing/foreplay/stimulation that immediately (up to several hours) precedes the climax.
The buildup of yesterday's teasing has probably leaked away or has been absorbed internally during the day that followed, so a long period of lockup/teasing does not necessarily produce larger "cums".
And I know that I can help at least the "visual" part by controlling myself (holding back as long as possible right in the last seconds, when the orgasm itself has already become inevitable), and give myself a "full-body-squeeze" at the right moment. When I do it right, the spurt can come out like a fountain.
Most of the seminal fluid in ejaculate is produced by the seminal vesicle (located in your pelvis). Unused sperm are absorbed by your body and don't cause bloating of the testicles. The variation of the size of your testicles is probably more a function of temperature, hydration (blood supply and your lymphatic system) and other factors.
According to an old FHM I came across today at work, a 'porn star's fridge is full of eggs and celery to boost the quantity of ejaculate on the 'money shot'.

Your balls produce sperm. Sperm is about 3 to 5% of what you ejaculate. The prostate gland and seminal vesicle produces most of the semen. Semen is a combination of a number of fluids. Sperm is a tiny amount.
If you have had a vasectomy the your sperm is absorbed by the body as it can't escape so to speak.
So your balls will never get bigger the more time that passes before you come.

The only difference I've ever noticed is that I produce more liquid the longer I edge/start stop. The more frequent I cum (per day ) the clearer it gets .
I've never been locked, but I have had periods where I've just been too busy with work to wank and yes I produce a decent amount, but no more than if I've had a nice long edging session.

From our experience, it stays the same as far as sight, feel, taste or smell go. Just the little critters are not there anymore, but you'd need a microscope to notice that.
If you consider having a vasectomy, the most important point that our doctors made was that my personal wish for children had to be completely resolved (either you very positively DO NOT want any, or you've fathered enough and don't want any more). That way there's nothing to "lose" because of the procedure.
