New to chastity

Post by ws6daveg »

April 22nd was the day that my CB6000s came. My wife has since held the keys.
After the first week or so of playing with the sizes I settled on the 3-ring and smallest spacer.
I can sleep though most nights without any great pain. I usually wake up and adjust a little and then fall back asleep again.
I have tried the 4-ring and smallest spacer during the day it usually not an issue. But at night it is tough. What happens is I am usually awaken by intense pain around the bottom of my scrotum. This pain shoots through my stomach to my back. Is this the pain that everyone is talking about?
With the 3-ring I can feel myself filling the tube with minor uncomfortable pain, making in cage play more enjoyable but with the 4-ring the pain offsets this tube filling sensation. (though I have not worn it during cage play yet)
You may ask why not stay with the 3-ring? The main reason is that I feel this ring is just to big for me. I can wear this ring all day and all night comfortably, but I can very easly pull my self out the back anytime I want. I can even slip my finger all the way into the tube anytime as well. But the 3-ring is also small enough to keep my scrotum from slipping through. With the 4-ring it is much tighter and a lot harder to pull out of the tube.

Well, I'm actually in a similar situation to you, getting my CB6000s around the same time. So, I cannot offer any real solution to your problem as much as I can say I've had/am having a similar problem.

For the sake of simplicity, I wear the second largest ring and the smallest spacer. Lets say I put it on in the morning. By that night I experience some pressure/pain in one of my testicles. It seems to vary which one and it seems to be related to how the CB fits that day. I keep it lubed up so the skin isn't stretching, so I know that's not a major issue. Personally, I believe fluids back up and this causes a pressure similar to "blue balls" that my body is not used to experiencing. However, this is just a guess.

Now, if I can be free all day, and put it on right before bed, and sleeping is still a major pain. I have never been able to keep the CB on an entire night while also being able to sleep. The closest I've come is just laying in bed all night thinking, "this sucks."

I am still looking for a solution to my problem, but what I've been trying it just to wear it all day, everyday (that I can) and just take it off at night for now. I'm hoping my body can adjust enough to it by having it on all day, that I will eventually be able to wear it at night.

I know it is not exactly the same as your issue, but it is similar and I believe common to an extent. I've had someone recommend to rub your testicles at night as that can relieve some pressure, and I've tried changing how I sleep, or using a pillow to prop up my upper leg when I lay on my side.

Anyway, I hope this helps and I hope you stick with it.

Have you heard of the KSD (Keep Safe Device) that Kept For Her sells? It's made for the CB6000 series. I tried one and it is next to impossible to get out of. I didn't try, but the fit convinced me if I did get out I may not get back in. For me it was unnoticeable until an erection. With this you will be able to wear the comfortable combination.
You can find it at http://www.keptforher.com/ksd-g3.html

I'm also in a similar situation and also received my 6000s about the same time as you did (early April for me). Now for me, the 1 3/4" ring (the middle one) and the smallest spacer seem like the right combination; that is, I can still easily slip a finger under the base ring, but am unable to get my testicles through the gap between the cage and the ring. My problem though is that after a few days, I start getting a lot of soreness on the underside of my scrotum. It feels almost like rug-burn down there. Is (obviously) the worst when I get an erection (or rather when it tries; often at 0400). If I go to the next larger base ring, and don't change anything else, my discomfort issues are completely solved, but my testicles can (and do) slip through the gap with little or no help.

The only 'advice' I can offer is to stick with it, as at least in my case, it has improved somewhat over time.

First I would say lube on the ring and scrotum area. Lube is your best friend in this area. To help with this burn I use a silicone lube around the hinge area.

Another thing that I have found that helps is checking the position of the ring.

The base ring has a rivet at the pivot point. There is a smooth side and a dished side. I get more comfort with the smooth side pointing toward the scrotum. If I put it on the other way I can start to tell in about two or three days.

Also, I would recommend lube.

Hello all, I am about to fulfill my 5 year quest to be in chastity. This quest began and has been basically done by myself and now I have a person who will assist me in this. My question to anyone out there, what is it going to be like when my limit i have reached for myself comes and I can not unlock myself ? what does a guy go through or what can I look forward to dealing with? I have a cb-6000 and have gotten used to it, but moving up to the next level which is the " Sentinel " . Any comment, answers or anything would be great and helpful.

Although i am also very new to chastity, this is the first time I've heard of the Sentinel device. Based on what you said, it sounds as though you intend to be locked up (essentially) 24/7. While looking at the Sentinel, I couldn't help but think that it doesn't look very concealable, and it would appear that the cage size is one-size-fits-all. It may be a good MCD, but I would recommend making sure that you read some reviews on this before you buy it.

I wish you luck with this.

Bolt cutters.

I looked at the Sentinel and can see one major problem.
In their description they state it's made from chrome plated pewter.
When it comes to wearing a device long term you want to avoid a "plated" anything. Over time the plating will wear off. I believe pewter will turn black when it's exposed to water and this will probably transfer to you. Also, do you realize how heavy pewter is?

I would recommend a device that is stainless steel. It's lighter and no plating to come off.

@ Kevsfulltime:

AFAIK, the "original" Sentinel made (not only sold) in the UK is no longer made. All you get today are copies (chinese) made from chrome-plated steel.
I have one of these. Looks great for photo sessions and play, but is no good for everyday use. The cage part can and does move (swivel up and down) against the ring, pinching some skin every now and then. And I am able to very easily slip out and back in by pulling the cage "up" and opening the lower gap.
Also there is the problem of the chrome plating, as mentioned. There is no way to adjust these kinds of devices without damaging the plating and exposing the steel so that it will rust.

If you like the look, go shopping for something similar at MM, Lori or one of the German manufacturers.
