Best Lube for Ball burn

One month in and my JB has only been off me for a grand total of about 18 hours.

One thing I have noticed with the smaller base ring than the CB6K is that lube around the balls is VERY important. With the CB6K I used to use Vaseline / petroleum jelly, but with the JB I find while it gives instant relief it does not last for long.

What I found is MUCH better is Bepanthen, which is a antiseptic cream normally for baby nappy rash. It seems to keep things lubed for the best part of the day, I would not go poking it inside a chastity tube though, but its perfect for ball burn.

My wife is liking it but not that "into" it, but she told me I should have a "stretch" soon as it has been 10 days since I have been able to get hard, + its school holidays here, i think after a month in I might get a break from it for a while, I don't know what to think about that yet, while I would like a break its sort of scary at the same time.

I'm not sure if this is a question or a statement but I like to use just a drop of silicone lube if I feel I need something. Usually I just use a little baby powder in the morning and at night, not so much as a lube but more to allow everything to move around freely.

As for taking a break, I think I understand what you are saying. I like the idea of a possibility of a break more than actually taking a break. When I am drifting off to sleep locked up after a little tease and denial I am completely satisfied.

I guess it was more a statement of what I found that seems to work best. I Think I have tried them all, first KY, baby oil (which seems to after a few days lead to cracked skin in the tube), even vitamin E oil. This is specifically for ball burn which is all I really lube for now, its only really major issue when your base ring is pretty tight making your skin fold over, the lube just makes the folds naturally unfold.

Thanks for the link to JO but I don't think i have ever seen that down here. The good thing about the bepanthen is its in a toothpaste tube and it is very thick in consistency and is hence not messy, it also soothes, as as thumper review says like JO it lasts for a long time. I will keep a eye out for the JO stuff though because if its better I will definitely use it.

We've settled on 'Hemp Hand Cream' from The Body Shop. My home-made device is quite punitive to my scrotum and this stuff made it possible to go for over a week.

Chatelaine has bought me 3 tubes of it for Christmas!

I had a couple of days with the key to check that it fitted safely in tube, ring and back ring but to impress upon me her authority Chatelaine put me in my device until it came and mostly I was still coping with recovering from that device rather than being objective about the Steelheart (it's a bit like trying on trainers when you've got blisters from wearing boots).

I handed back the key to her a few days ago and as it's 'my' Christmas present so I'm probably going to be put in before the New Year. I totally aced the sizes for the back ring and dual cock ring. The wider tube feels strange though and whilst I can piss standing, I find that my foreskin occasionally pokes through and pinches. I'll give a proper review in the Devices Forum when I've had some time in it.

What has been far more exciting for me has been Chatelaines coming forward to take 'ownership' of my kink. I want to wait a few weeks to see if what has been discussed actually happens (as if insisting on me buying a 'proper' device wasn't enough) but it looks like from here on I'm in the passenger seat.

Although your devise may not be the most esthetically pleasing (from what I can gather), I must bow my cap at your ability to make a very wearable and secure devise.

Officially it's the Mk13. I went DIY after my CB2000 shattered when it fell off the draining board. It costs less than £10 to make (if you are a mountainbiker) and it's more discreet than the Steelheart with the integrated lock. It's basically a sink pipe cut and moulded and a sheathed bicycle chain held by a padlock. Beautifully cheap, brutally practical but not pretty.
