Pros with tube with locking pa design:
Can be cleaned without taken off
Effortless to wear. Or very low effort.
No base ring behind scrotum. Increase comfort.
Pee while standing.
Not visible when naked. Only tip of piercing visible.
Low cost / easy to make.
Cons:
You need a well healed well stretched PA piercing.
Might be susceptible to vibrator induced orgasms. Have not tried that yet.

I can see why your wife flips out a bit (From your last post) the purple coloring around the edge of the glans gives me pause. Couple broken blood vessels on the shaft. Looks a hair too tight. All stuff I would think you would feel if it was a problem. PA is a bit too much of a committment for me. Although if my wife said "That is the way it is going to be" I would probably willingly submit.
for me my scrotum capture device is enough for me. Vibrators dont do it for me. Having her release me from the cage and then THAT orgasm is worth waiting for BIG time.
