I've worn the holy trainer for about a month now with little issues up until this point.
Over the last week or so, when I take it off it leaves an indentation on the top of the shaft about a third of the way down.
Does anyone else have this issue?
Would it be the cage portion that is causing the mark or the area connected to the integral locK?
Thanks

Re: Holy Trainer Question
The V1 I wear from time to time does this as well after a couple days. I'd have to assume it's from the back of the tube at the end. It's never been painful or uncomfortable to me, but I've noticed it.
Re: Holy Trainer Question
So, if you have a standard HTv2, it's probably from that damned bevel in the top of the tube. I actually shaved that part away on mine. I used a fresh x-acto knife and just sort of whittled it away until the bent part was gone, which left me with a pleasing curve which is WAY more comfortable. Someone else posted about this, and I followed his advice to make the modification.
I also had some seams on the inside of mine that I wanted to get rid of. So I used progressively higher grits of water paper (from 300 all the way to 2000) to sand things smooth, both on the inside and the bits I shaved off.
Because mine is clear, it's slightly foggy, now, because the water paper is never going to give a perfect gloss, and i can't get my dremil buffing wheel in there well enough to polish it. But it's still smooth enough that it stays clean, and looks perfectly clear when I'm wearing it.
If you want, I can post a picture of the modification I made.
