Presumably you mean your cock !! Quite why you'd want to use a numbing cream on it just before being locked up is quite beyond me. Try a search as there are a mumber of such creams mentioned in other threads and posts here.

I don't understand your question. Why would you use numbing cream while locked? That's kind of redundant.

I have had good success with ambesol as a numbing cream (with a condom so I don't numb her as well) on the glands. It takes about 60-90 seconds to really start to work, and lasts about 15-20 mins.
