Holy Trainer version 2 followup review

Post by Len51 »

I am on day 4 of wearing my Holy Trainer 24/7 and still loving it. I had two metal devices and the CB6000s and this is better by far. The only reason I would not recommend it for a first time device is that it comes with only one ring and the spacing is fixed. I would recommend you order the sizing rings from Mature metal to figure out what size ring you need. To me that is the most important measurement for comfort and preventing ball slippage. I ordered the same ring size for my HT as I use for my other devices. For me it is a perfect fit. Loose enough to slip a finger under it and tight enough to prevent ball slippage..

Here is where I find it better than the CB series:

- It has 3 parts including the magic lock which is part of the device and not hanging off like a padlock does. The CB 6000 has 7 parts with the padlock. The solid ring is much more comfortable and easier for me to put on versus the CB's many parts which usually pinch skin and trap pubic hairs. It actually take me less time to put on the solid ring than the CB ring. Just put some baby oil on my balls and no problem at all getting it one quickly.

- The anatomical design of the ring follows the contours of you pubic ares and is very comfortable.
- the cage part is unlike the CB and others. As most of us measure longer fro the top of our penises than the bottom, the HT cage is longer at the top than the bottom so it fits my penis like a glove and prevents me pulling out from the top like the CB did. When I turtle, my penis was not even in the CB tube and I could remove it for cleaning and then put it right back. I cannot do this with the HT.
- The angle of the tube points down more than the CB and allows my penis to hang naturally and reduces turtling like it does with the BN which forms a gab between my penis and the top of the cage. With the CB I could feel the bottom of the cage pressing against the bottom of my penis. With the HT I hand normally.
- Due to its design, the HT does not press my balls high up like the CB does. Less problems with sitting and ball crushing.
- Peeing is a lot easier as all urine is directed to the front of the tube. I may even be able to pee at a urinal. With the CB, I would sometimes pee out of the side holes or hit the top of the tube near the opening and drench my balls with pee.
- Easier to clean as there is no ridge on the interior of the cage or any open slots.
- lighter, much lighter in my opinion so it is not very noticeable when wearing it.
- Less printing as it has a downward angle and no padlock.
- Does mot smell as often as the CB does. I took off mine on day three and I did not smell any urine. With the CB I would smell urine in half a day. Maybe due to different type material.
- No seems to irritate skin. Even the small raised letters on the ring that had the size, rubbed me raw.

All in all I can see this as a day to day device to wear. if it holds up to constant use, unlike the CB6000, which had a split tube and broken ring.

I think it is a CB killer if you can get your measurement right. If not, the worse that happens is that you buy a larger or smaller ring. For $20 bucks you can get assorted sized rings to try or buy a cheap CB clone just to try out the rings.

For me it has become my main and only chastity device. I just hope it lasts longer than the CB6000 did. I still want a Jail Bird but I cannot find a way around that open cage as peeing with foreskin makes it shoot in unpredictable directions and I cannot just use a squirt bottle to fill the cage and then drain. I have to squirt all the bars and since they are small, I ended up squirting water all over the place. However I am a clean freak and clean up thoroughly after each time I pee. if you are going to wait until shower time than the open design is better but to tell the truth, it is very easy to remove the cage part to clean and just leave the ring in place with the HT.

I will report further in a month but so far I am loving my Holy Trainer.

i certainly found the HT2 incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and easily concealed and for some time felt it was the answer but to me there are two long term detractions that caused U/us to move on to s/s. 1: it must be removed to be cleaned and this is needed quite frequently whereas a s/s device can be left in place long term. 2: It is quite easy to achieve orgasm while locked simply by thrusting inside the smooth slippery tube. So for U/us in the end it become yet another device in the toybox.

Still having difficulty getting back into 24/7/365 chastity since covid. Very tender old man skin under the scrotum damages easily. Trying an HT Mk5 nub now. Love the fact you can’t pull out of it, hope my skin toughens up.

I can understand that but I do not try to cum, locked or not, so removing it for cleaning is not a problem. In my case, a ball trap device points my penis upwards but the design of the HT tube is longer at the top than the bottom plus hangs as I naturally do with my anatomy. So I never pee on myself or pop out at the top if the tube is pressed away from my body. If I could fine a similar setup in seen I would order it today. Lori can make one but the wait time is too long for an old man who may not be alive when it arrives and the cost for a custom design. Is more than I want to spend in a device. I will go $500 but not $1-2K.

This is definitely not the case for me. I don't see how there's even enough room to move back and forth. Do you have the long version or the short one?

Initially I had a tremendous amount of comfort in the HT2 but the past couple of days I've had some ball burn which means I had to spend an extra $60 for the 45mm ring which I'm pretty sure is going to be too large.

As for security I think the HT2 is better than the 6000s which I also like. It just seems to hold my shaft more firmly.

I too have been able to achieve orgasm in the HT2 but that took far too much work for very very little reward. It was actually closer to a ruined orgasm.

Just this past weekend, I moved from a 50 to 45mm ring. I've experience ball burn with both but the 45mm is far more effective at not sliding around and very effective at keeping erections at bay.

Of all the devices I've tried, I like the HT2 the best for comfort, ease of adornment, and concealment. The only drawback is keeping the funky smell at bay. I'm contemplating drilling a series of little holes all over it to allow it to breathe.

I got ball burn with my CB6000 which is why I switched to the HT2. I finally figured out what the problem was. With the CB, my balls were constantly rubbing against underwear or pants due to how they well held. With the Holy Trainer, my balls are not held as tightly and pushed out against things so it is much better. I get some ball burn after I shower unlocked but when I put the HT on, it goes away. Go figure.

I too loved the fit of the HT2, but in the end I had to pony up and go for the Stainless steel cage. The problem I ran into with the HT2 for everyday use is the resin. I wore mine 24/7 for about 30 days with time out everyday for a shower daily, then while I was painting the house on the 4th of July I suddenly had a burst of pain. I went in the house to check it out and found a ball had slipped out. I put it back and within minutes it was back out. I was wearing the 45mm ring. I found that when the device got really warm, like working on a 90 degree day that the resin softens and the metal magic locker pressed into the resin and allowed more play between the ring and the tube. Due to the design, a few thousandth extra round around the magic locker results in an extra 1/8-1/4" gap between the ring and the tube. Out goes the balls. I spoke to the company and they decided to ship me a new ring because they had changed the resin to make it harder. I also went down a size to the 40mm ring. Hot days in August rolls around with smaller ring and sure enough the gap was getting larger. the fit between the ring and tube looser. i finally slipped a ball in early September. I ordered a custom stainless steel device from Steelworxx. i wrapped electrical tape around the bottom of the ring to take upi the space and kept wearing it until the stainless steel came in, but it kept growing looser and looser the longer I wore it.. I kept adding tape and adding tape, and frankly was relieved when the stainsteel device came in and I could permanently shelve the HT2. Too bad, I like the way the ring fits with the tube. To me the hold grail would be a stainless steel device like this with bars on the sides and the stainless steel head like the HT2 has. I feel the stainless steel will not allow the heat to make impressions from the magic locker and the bars on the side would allow it to be cleaned on the body. Oh well, maybe someday someone will build something like that.

Talk to Mark from Male Chastity Now and see if he'll make a custom version of his new Contender with a vertical Steel Plate like from my review (here).

The Contender runs only $250 with reasonably priced upgrades. I find it shields my frenum and glans very very nicely, even under raging erections, but allows cleaning because of the rods along the sides. I still sit regardless, and the urination is easier to clean up with the more open design.

I too had issues with my smaller left nut slipping through the HT and CB6K no matter what I did. I am in a 1/4" gap and large base ring and I can no longer escape. (I've got a PA for real security though)

I'm in a relatively large 2" ring with a 1-3/8" cage ring with a front mount post. My newly acquired all-rod Contender is a 2" ring with a 1-1/2" cage ring with a top mount, giving me an equivalent vertical gap. Neither of which I slip through. And it's much more comfy than squeezing and folding my skin through a small diameter base ring.

I have one testicle significantly smaller than the other and have not had any problem with slippage. I live in a tropical climate so it is always hot. I am wearing a tee shirt and shorts right now with the A/C running. The resin never gets hot enough to bend. The only time it gets soft enough to notice is when I run it under very hot water. It gets a little softer. I have the white one. I understand that the colored ones are not as soft.

In the last year, I have gone through 3 ring sizes until I found one that was both comfortable and secure. I do not do anything that would twist the HT enough to make a difference. Us retired folk just have fun and let younger guys paint the house. :)

There you go. I think this is the key
