Sorry I can't help you out with what this called. It looks interesting though. Really big. I am fascinated with devices that restrict access to your balls.

If I had to guess I would say the name doesn't have "discreet" in it anywhere.

I saw the website for the maker of the full belt shown in your picture about 6 months ago. They had a lot of details and it sounded like they required that they make personel themeasurements of you to make sure it fit very well (if I remember correctly). I just couldn't find it again doing quick searching. Hopefully, they are still in business and someone else can locate it more precisely for you.

I'm considering a Neosteel Hip belt vs. a waist belt like this one later this year. Neosteelsl ording/measuring process seem much simpler to get accurate. I'm not concerned with covering the balls, locking myself in a Neosteel with what appears now to be an extremely determined keyholder seems scary enough for me.

How is is secured on?

It looks like all you would have to do is slide it off/on like underwear. I don't think you could get it tight enough to wear for any length of time.

Peeing? your member is placed in a tube that runs between the legs like a Neosteel belt and another hole at the bottem lets urine run out. The lock is in the rear.
