It isn't for me either.

I have one of these http://www.malechastitynow.com/KTB-with ... grade.html and the pain sometimes makes me wish the erection would go down but it usually intensifies it first. The problem with the KTB is that it is easy to just pull off. The version with the cock ring wouldn't be any better because it doesn't actually trap the balls so once they were out it would again be easy to just pull off.

If you're a 'grower' rather than a 'shower', sometime you'll be able just to slip out of a KTB. 'Growers' need a piercing to ensure security, IMHO. Years ago I read a fictional account of a device that used a pressure sensor to deliver a shock. Now that would make an interesting variation of the 'spiked ring'.
