As promised I got changed over to the big cage last night ready for our little break. Before the shower Miss Emmie also gave me a nice edging "to keep me going". Clean and dried off (supervised and assisted) she handed me the big cage and just said "Now lock it away".

It meant that I woke early and hard, before she opened her eyes for the first time. Coffee and a tongue waiting for her when she did. Not a huge breakfast in bed today but I did go and make some toast and more coffee. Nice to know everything is ready for our journey and there's no rushing around. We've got the whole day to travel without any pressure on time.

Nice to have a break and get some walking done in the fresh air, watching grey skies and rain from inside a warm cafe while eating panini and drinking coffee, watching waves rolling in on the shore. Three nights in a B&B that turned out to be very comfortable and nice too, and within walking distance of a pub that served great steaks and other excellent meals. Yes, a great break indeed.

First holiday caged (ok, only 3 days but it counts as a holiday?) so another new aspect added to my experience. It's been interesting and has taught me something about the 'big' cage. It's taught me that it's a mean beast, which I already knew of course, but now I have conclusive proof. Rather tough going at night. I'll be ready for a change.

Checked out of the B&B this morning and headed to the in-laws, dropping in on them all uninvited and unannounced but they're good with that. Just pleased to see their daughter of course, who is now, and will for the next several hours be, chattering away non-stop bringing them up to date with all her news. I get on well with her mum and dad. It's good to see Miss Emmie happy with them. We've already been told that we must go out for a meal tonight. Her dad always insists on taking us out and paying for meals like this. It means we will drink and end up staying the night before heading home tomorrow. I'm good with that.

Ah, back from our short break on the south coast and visiting Miss Emmie's parents. It's been a wonderful relaxing trip despite the rather dismal weather. Lots of walking and good meals. Miss Emmie got to the botanic gardens that she wanted to sea. We sat in a cafe drinking hot coffee and eating pastries whilst watching the waves on the beach and enjoyed every moment.

Now back home and I'm not in work until next Monday so there's time to take things easy, apart from catching up with the laundry, getting shopping in and all those sort of things.

No mention of a changeover for me. I'm still enjoying (or enduring) the 'big' cage that isn't big and wondering what Miss Emmie has up her sleeve for the rest of the month. And beyond apparently, because I've been told that I've accrued 3 penalties since being locked (on the 30th September) and each penalty adds 4 extra nights. I remember the days when a penalty was just 1 extra night. What happened there?

Although the mini holiday was really nice and it was great to get away for those few days, I didn't get the best sleep. That was mostly because Miss Emmie had decided that it would be the big cage while we were away, no unlocking, no edging, no anything really, except teasing. Which meant trying to settle down each night fully aroused and frustrated and then, after finally getting to sleep, waking up too early hard again and unable to get back to sleep. When you're staying in a B&B you can't even get up and wander around until it goes down either. Miss Emmie, of course, slept like the proverbial log.

I know I've not had to get up early for work or anything, but why did Miss Emmie have to tease so much? Get me hard and then give me a kiss, say “Good night then” and turn over to go to sleep. How can she do such a thing? Very easily apparently.

Please? A change of cage? Soon?

Mrs. Groove gives demerits, but it seems to be at her will. Days are not added such as you get. Instead she has decided corporal punishment is more appropriate.

Back in the day I would request a good spanking. She wasn’t fond of delivering them at the time. It more recently Since I seem to be locked indefinitely she has began to take pleasure in using spankings to settle the demerit balance.

Yes, only two things in fact.
1) Anything that I do that I shouldn't
2) Anything that I don't do that I should

Actually in this instance, I only know what 2 of the 3 are. The first was for asking how long before I was unlocked or changed to a different cage. I knew I wasn't allowed to ask but it just slipped out. The second was for getting caught on my phone after the technology curfew. I really can't remember a third infraction, as she calls them. But it means that my unlock date of 1st November now had had 12 days added to it. As Miss Emmie put it, "At this rate, you might not get out in November either."

To keep it “fun” (her word), she changes the rules often. Adding days was what she did during the early days. Then we had a spell when I didn't know the end date so adding days didn't really make sense. She's also used a chart, ticking days off until I reach a target and punishment has been that “today doesn't count” meaning that I don't get to move towards the target that day. Yes, it's varied.

Miss Emmie has no worries about using the riding crop, the cane, or the wooden paddle, all of which we used to use in our bondage play days (when I used them on her!). Always on the bum so that I go to bed sore.

Oh, Miss Emmie has had no trouble adjusting to the new ways of life.

You did make a good point about questioning her. Hmmm, makes me stop and wonder about times I would’ve asked a question and she didn’t scold me but maybe gave me an unknown demerit.

I know that she can be a sly one. Very nerdy with a high IQ. Difficult to figure out much of the time.

She does read this. I know. And it has got me into trouble before.

However, it is a place where I am allowed, within reason, to express my thoughts and feelings. The key point is 'within reason', the exact definition of which is unknown, to me at least. But I will be careful.

Outright complaining, moaning about things, criticism or disrespect (to Miss Emmie, Miss Vikki, or indeed the cage itself) is not allowed.
