I'm sorry I missed your earlier question. That sounds very similar to the device I am wearing. 70mm overall, 32mm diameter, 40mm ring, about 12mm bottom gap, integrated lock, comfort ring.

It is very comfortable and very discrete. I hope you have the same luck with yours.
