My wife and I are new to this... less than 2 weeks. She is very hesitant, I am a bit more explorative. Kind of just stumbled into it with a spontaneous Amazon Prime purchase.
Been using this forum for a couple weeks for simple answers to questions that I had, but had no one to ask...
At first, we didn't even know how to put the thing on... didn't occur to either of us that both balls and my penis were supposed to fit in the base ring. Of course it needs a locking point... so it makes sense. I've moved from the largest ring to the medium ring that came with my spiral cage. Going to wait a bit before I try to fit the smallest one... it doesn't look like it would be easy to get on, but might help with overall comfort with less "hanging".
I've got a question for the forum, but I'll post it in a new topic.

Happy to have found this community, and kudos and thanks to Thumper been following and learning from afar on all things Chastity.
For 5 years now i have as a submissive been delving into chastity, bdsm, t&d, cd/tv, feminization, high heel fetish, among others. Still experimenting and looking to keep growing and learning on all aspects of sexuality.
I've been experimenting this with a couple of girlfriends and more successfully with pro-dommes. Fortunately I've found my current and long standing Mistress Natasha.
Chastity wise we've incorporated it into our play for a year or so, not yet as something 24/7/365 more like as a couple of weeks of build up before a big session with my Mistress. Love the vulnerability and the way Mistress can force me to do pretty much anything she wants through chastity and tease and denial.
As a history we started out with a cheap metal chastity device from fetish Fantasy Extreme not very good. Then we moved on to the CB6000s which was sold to us as a quality item but ended up being a Chinese knock off. We were none the wiser back then.
Then we found tumbler's blog and advice on all things chastity and decided to invest in a Holy Trainer 2s. It has been our go to device up to now. And pretty good all around, no major complains really. Perhaps the only issue is hygiene/smell as even with thoroughly cleaning daily in the shower, a strong smell may be present by the end of the day. Nothing major but i am pretty conscious about it specially when in front of the Ms.
So know we've decided to go for a custom built metal device. We started looking into the looker 01 from steelworx, the JailBird from MM and the Contender from MCN.
After researching online in this and other forums we've finally decided on the Contender.
We are currently in the process of measuring myself to get the perfect fit. And will be thankful to any advice that Contender wearers might provide. Currently We've received diverging opinions. of which flaccid penis length to consider, average size during the day vs shorter size from out a cold shower vs some saying taking the average and subtracting 1/4'' or even 1/2''.
We know it's better to go shorter but don't know how much.
Anyways I'm sure it's a topic that has been discussed before so I'll probably look into the forums to find out.

I'm a new member, currently fascinated by the idea. I am uncertain if you're allowed to mention other users here, but the member with four kids, who is in permanent chastity is my (ideal?). I would shoot for what he is building with his wife, except not eating the V would be a deal breaker for me. A man's gotta eat you know
