I'm not really new to chastity, I discovered it about 3 years ago and I've been obsessed ever since.
Brief history: I bought a cb6k a few months after discovering chastity, and would occasionally wear it for fun. It was a poor fit for me, but that was okay because it was only on briefly and very occasionally. Several months ago I welled up the courage to tell my long term girlfriend about my interest in chastity and she was extremely receptive and responded very well. We ended up purchasing a jailbird from MM for longer term use.
Reasons for joining: I've run into these forums several times in the past while researching chastity, and I'd like the opportunity to contribute my experiences. Additionally we somehow measured incorrectly for my jailbird, and the diameter is too large. We'll be purchasing a new one at some point because this can't be adjusted, so I will be looking to find it a new home at some point; keep an eye out for that.

My partner of 15 years and I have been exploring chastity for some time now. I got my first device at Christmas. It's nice enough. Heavy, stainless steel. The ring pinches a bit at the hinge and clasp and the tube/cage is a little rough where the links are welded along the underside. Tape helps but we're looking to upgrade. Any advice where to start looking? Also encountering what I'm sure is a common but perplexing problem in that I get a boner the moment my partner touches me to put it on. Any advice?

They are expensive but well worth the money and time to get a comfortable secure cage that is the real deal.
I am currently wearing a jailbird from MM. I started out with a CB-X Curve.
I still get excited when I am putting my cage on. I don't think that will ever change. I think my KH/ Wife enjoys watching the struggle.
I always put it in myself and she always closes the lock.

So, i'm keen to share my experiences so far.
