Thanks for you reply. I would say that, yes, it is abstinence -- but abstinence with benefits. You of course know the expression "friend with benefits". Well what I practice could be called "abstinence with benefits"'.

So again: what I do is abstinence with benefits, or if you prefer: chastity with benefits. And the benefits are these: I fuck my wife, I also masturbate. But I do not come at all or I try not to come when I fuck or masturbate.

Most times I succeed in not coming (never easy). Thus have I lasted three months (my record) without coming, but also two months here and ten weeks there and so on.

And... I do find that not coming is mind blowing. It is a mind blowing pleasure to be always sexually high, always horny, always wanting to kiss my wife, always wanting to hold her, always wanting to have sex with her (although I don't push it).

In short, I like the STATE I am in when I have not come for ages and yet am horny. It is akin to an altered state.

I read this and get quite jealous. I am neither edged nor given orgasm while I am given the opportunity every month to try to masturbate to orgasm. I'm given 90 seconds. I am only permitted to touch my penis, not my nipples or anywhere else. I have to look directly into my KH eyes the entire time. If I close my eyes, the session ends. Long before I had the internet as a handy research tool, I recognized, but didn't have a name for, my post orgasm hangover. It's really been enlightening to learn the neurochemistry behind it all, and have it verify my reality.

There has be something to that. If I wake well rested, and have an orgasm, I normally still have plenty of energy. But, if I'm a bit tired, the sort of mental and energy edge I have with some state of horniness is noticeable. I've literally avoided wanking myself when I need energy in the near future for exercise, etc.
