I saw the pic you put up of your country place- very nice. I have a country place too, but I live there year 'round. No pond, but a very nice trout stream, and enough land that I don't have to bother with little details like licenses for hunting and fishing. I have Irish, Scottish and Welsh roots, but my family came over in the 1600s.
