Longest with no release was 2 weeks (when my wife was in hospital), about 6 months with no orgasm. I'm locked 24/7 with at least one release for cleaning otherwise it can be unhealthy under the foreskin.

Well this was a good day i have been without an orgasm for 8 days and my KH let me have one today 3 days sooner than when i was going to be allowed. I guess she was feeling good for easter.
