I'm getting a PA this weekend. It wasn't my idea, but I'm happy about it and looking forward to it!
We're not happy with plastic devices and we've been researching metal. But once she saw the Steelwerks Extreme site, her search was over, hence the piercing in preparation.
But while we wait for the piercing to heal and then increase the size of the ring, she's ordered a MM Jailbird for me to wear, as my Christmas present!
dg has has a PA for as long as I've known him. He said it was terribly painful and bled forever, but he would do it again in a a heartbeat. He loves it, I love it, and yes, it makes it tremendously better for me. I get much more stimulation when it's in, it rubs my G-spot just the right way. Actually, I think it hooks on my cervix and stimulates it and feels wonderful. It adds a lot of stimulation for him as well.
I've been wondering about a jailbird with the piercing, did I read in an earlier post that they pinch some? He's wearing a cb6000 now and I don't think he has much trouble with it, although sometimes the very tip of his penis is slightly rough. I just mainly don't like the funk. The cb6000 was his idea, and I have to say it was a huge turnoff the first few times he took it off and came at me with that stinky piece of meat. He still hasn't quite gotten the picture that he needs to head to the shower immediately and use extra strong soap to get rid of the funk when he takes it off. Is that a problem that's eliminated by the jailbird as well?

I had MM put a special bar into mine to attach to my PA, but it was unnecessary since the lower front bar was already in a good spot for that. However, I also found that the skin around the ring would occasionally pinch against the bars.

I think it is, because the Jailbird is so open and it's metal--that makes it much easier to keep clean. Of course, my husband is Mr. Fastidious Chastity and has to take any device off daily to bathe. We've reached an agreement on this and it is working well for us, be I don't think he'll ever be a 24/7 device wearing guy.

For me, I'd say that problem has been completely eliminated. I could manage to keep the CB-6000 reasonably clean, but it really needed to be off every week or so. The Jailbird went on about 18-19 days ago, and hasn't been off since. Perhaps a bit too effective - I'm starting to get super-horny. In the last 32 days, I think I've been unlocked for 10 minutes, and that was to put the Jailbird on.

I'm in about the same situation. I have to admit that I love it though. I would still head straight for the shower though before I went to be with my wife unlocked.

He takes it off to wash every day, sometimes twice a day, morning and when he gets home from work. I'm just a little sensitive to smells. I like the look of the jailbird, but like how his PA fits through the end of the cb6000, and it doesn't look like the PA would fit through the end of the jailbird. And I wouldn't think you would want to put the PA on the outside of the jailbird, or would you? Wouldn't there be too much stretch during shrinkage times?
