Yes.... but worth it for long term.... But it all depends on the spare cash you have.... Custom devices can take a bit of to and fro with the maker too in order to get them spot on and that incurs shipping costs. If you're in Europe and buy from USA then there is also import taxes too... The bastards get you every which way.... :D

Thanks a million guys. Think I will get a bird cage hopefully it will make some improvement. I'm still playing with my CB6K just that I can't keep it on for long as I still can't pee in it. I think it looks cooler than the birdcage anyway so I'm giving not giving that up just yet haha. :)

the 9700 is out there. So if you are in a hurry, go get one .
I dont think that the drivers are that much an issue with the new Radeon series.

We dont know yet, what will be the quality of the NV30 drivers.

The only think i can tell you, if you dont need one VD in the next month, is, wait & see
