I was having the same problems with Steelworxx it all got sorted out eventually but the package arrived 2 weeks late. I guess Dietmar got a little sloppy

The latest reply from Dietmar:

sorry for the delay. I will make it within the next week. We have a lot of orders now.

Of course, that email looks very similar to this one:

the delivery time is at the moment approx 5 weeks ,because we have a lot of orders. You order is made within the next week.

Not to far off from this email:

your order is made within two weeks. The delivery time is at the moment 5-6 week because we have a lot of orders.

Then there is the initial email with the contract that reads:

Dietmar Posledni/steelworxx custom manufactures the products you order as soon as a contract governing the order is concluded.

The product is shipped immediately after manufacture and receipt of payment (in advance) to the delivery address you indicated.

Again, yes I am whining. At least these posts will help others ordering from Steelworxx to have a realistic timeline...

IT ARRIVED! My wife sent me a text message while I was at work telling me that the package had arrived. When I got home, she had already ripped the box open and pulled it out to "play" with it. She suggested to me "why don't you try it on to see if it fits right".

Being overly excited (or stupid) I quickly tried it on. A PERFECT FIT. As I showed her, she eagerly put the lock cylinder in and turned the key. We went out to run some errands and I had no issues with it at all. When we got home, I did tell her that I needed to adjust things, as my penis wasn't quite right in the tube.

With the key and a little lube, that problem was fixed and my wife had the keys neatly tucked between her breast (at least until she finds some place to keep them).

So, now I have gotten what I wanted SO MUCH and I couldn't be happier.

In the end, I am not sure if my constant emails to Dietmar were necessary... but I am thinking that the prodding helped keep him to his word (5 weeks to the day).

Well, another week has passed and the www site still shows "processing" so I am guessing that he did NOT make it "within the next week"... unless he is packaging it up right now and shipping it. Additionally, I don't know how on earth he can still be promising me delivery on 5 weeks when at the end of the 4th week it hasn't been shipped.

Yes, I am being a whiny and impatient consumer... but when a vendor sets and expectation (promising 4-5 weeks delivery) they should either meet the expectation or notify the customer that they will be unable to meet the expectation and compensate them for the delay. Especially when it is a rather expensive purchase ($360.00 is a lot of money right now...).

It does seem poor customer service. I would ask for a discount and tell him you are dissatisfied with his service. Have you spoken to him since? Compared to the service I got from Mature Metal, this sounds like a supplier to be avoided. Thanks for letting us know about your rubbish experience. CQ had been thinking about a device from there but in light of what you have said.... no chance!

Maybe I am missing something here but the vendor set the expectation of 4-5 weeks and then met that by delivering it at the end of the 5th week. That also included international shipping. He also responded to the emails letting the customer know what the status was.

To set the record straight, Steelworxx provided the product in a timely fashion. My only issue with them is that the order status on the www site is seriously lacking, as is the communications via email. Specifically, being sent a messages stating that it would be made "within next week" two weeks in a row.

The quality of the device is INCREDIBLE and far surpasses my expectations. If I had to order another device, I would not hesitate to purchase from Steelworxx again. The only thing that would be different is that I would expect the poor communications and realize that I need to be on top of him to ensure timely delivery.

Time for an update. Today is day 58 of my chastity (honor system for 45 days and locked in my Steelheart for 13 days). At day 38 my lovely wife tied me up and gave me my very first ruined orgasm...
