I was very fortunate to have an amazing fit first time. I measured over and over again for months. I also got some advice from Dietmar. His advice was great but I did not go with any of it. It was good sound advice but I decided what was best for me. He suggested what I was first thinking but after much reading and forum lurking I went a different way. I have no regrets. Sometimes, I forget it is even on.
I also ordered a different pee hole to allow for better drainage. I asked for 5mm x 20mm hole. Large enough for ample drainage but too small for my PA to sneak out, which would allow me to pop the bead off and maybe escape. Also large enough for great drainage. Just last week I also found out it is sized well for a qtip to sneak some tiger balm in when Master commands it .

That sounds like a very interesting situation...or should I say very hot/painful....situation? MrsL has never tried or made me use anything like that. Just how bad is it?
Tiger Balm doesn't seem to be very bad to me, but my sense of pain may be a little different from others. Start with a little, on a small spot and go from there. I once used something without working up to see how it might go, covered everything liberally (balls too). When I thought I just couldn't take any more and *had* to get it off, I discovered that warm/hot water in the shower made it even *worse*. Ouch!

MrsL's Steelheart arrived this past week while I was traveling. She didn't tell me until I got home last night and then she didn't really tell me. She cut off the seal of the Bon4, told me to shower, and then come join her in bed. When I got out of the shower, I eagerly opened the door to find her lying there in her wonderful nakedness holding the Steelheart in her hand.
It was a fun night. She let me sleep unlocked after some play time and I am happily locked in stainless steel again. The modifications seem to have correcte the issue. We will see when she decides it is time for a major teasing session...!
