Currently wearing Steelworxx Looker 03 almost 24/7. Only released when KH chooses. Current record caged time 62 days.

38mm is the internal diameter.

Dietmar just confirmed that length is measured along the central axis of the tube (line B in your picture).
The central hole has a diameter of 6mm.
