Last time I was unlocked was back in April for my annual physical. The doctor's office is literally 10 minutes from our house. My wife unlocked me just before we left the house and immediately after we got home so I had about an hour free from the cage but still under her watch. It felt weird walking without it with my pants on. I don't know that I had time to miss anything. I was spending my time out the cage trying not to get an erection. I was seeing the physicians assistant and she is a cutie. Just the slightest touch gets me going these days. Thankfully I was able to control myself while she was examining things.
When I got home, it took a little while to get everything back in as my ring usually never comes off and getting it back on got me aroused enough that it took some ice to get the cage on.
I think I would feel lost without my cage for any extended time period.
