We switched from ruined orgasms, to regular, but much less frequent ones, once we went full time with the chastity. Having gotten very good at controlling the pc muscle and separating orgasm from ejaculation for well over 10 years, I have to say that managing to fully quell one, or the other can be done, but it is often inconsistent.
