How do you sleep at night?

I wonder how do you manage nocturnal erections?

In birdlocked erections let me sleep really well and in other devices they wake me for a while, I take a walk to kitchen to drink for example and then i fall asleep again. Important is to control erections with your mind a little, not to think about anything exciting you.

I never found I could sleep on my stomach. Many nights I fall asleep on my back with my wife/KH snuggled in next to me with her hand teasing my balls or stroking my penis through the bars of my MM device. It's not long before she falls asleep and I'm on my right side with a second pillow between my knees.

Depending on how much liquid I've consumed before bed, I sleep right through till morning.

My wife knows I perfer to be "secured" so it's not removed at bedtime.

I've been using a pillow between my legs for a long time (when on my side) since I saw that suggestion from Thumper. I put the pillow under my thighs or so when on my back. That seems to work for me. YMMV.

The pillow does tend to bother my wife if it bumps into her, so I have to be careful where I put it.
