When this happens for me, I find that just packing up and ignoring it will make me forget the sensation. And then eventually I just realize that I actually need to go again. I think it is just a psychological sensation. It came along and has been more prevalent in chastity.

I've noticed that I have to go more frequently, which I suspect may be a combination of causes- stimulation to the head, bladder not being *completely* emptied, prostate possibly fuller causing pressure on the bladder, and more frequent arousal and flow of pre-seminal fluid.
