I think the key to getting a comfortable device is to get the length and width correct so that you can't move around when in the device - thats my experience. For me I think the WM is more comfortable, but that is also in part to that fact that its alway in contact with me, I have to use lube to get into it, but once in its very comfortable - I forget about it actually.

I went through the exact same struggle. JB or WM? I went with the WM because I wanted a little more coverage.

It is very comfortable and I do forget I'm wearing it most of the time. I've gone 14 days 24/7 in it and kept clean with some soap, Q-tips, and a little extra time.
