I'm having lunch with a friend next week to whom I've been thinking of coming out for a long time. I probably won't know if I'm going to go through with it until i get there. But I do know that the prospect of having someone to talk to IRL about our lifestyle is appealing.

I've occasionally entertained the fantasy of Mrs. Twisted exposing my 'condition' to a friend- not just telling or showing pictures but actual in person exposure, and I find the idea rather erotic. However, I'm fairly certain that the particular friend who comes to mind the most would not react well to it so that's probably going to remain in the realm of fantasy. That, of course, does not preclude the possibility of it happening with another friend.

I think the idea of being 'exposed' is not uncommon, particularly among those of us whose Keyholders wear their keys visibly (on a necklace, etc.), which carries the possibility that someone might ask about it...and might get told the truth...or that they might know without needing to be told.

I love the idea/fantasy.

We have our "vanilla" friends and our "kink-friendly" friends and never the twain shall meet.

If our KF friends are around, my wife/KH has no qualms about discussing our/my situation. For me, it's really not even embarrassing around others in the bdsm community, as it's really no big deal. Slaves in chastity are pretty much standard operating procedure.

For some of our friends that fall between the black & white parameters mentioned above....the ones where, in my fantasies, I would like to think the concept would interest them, the idea of my wife telling a friend of hers or several friends and even showing off my condition to them is VERY arousing. I think she would even say that it's arousing to her as well.

Once again, though, the risks/rewards of having this lifestyle so out in the open with certain people, doesn't outweigh the consequences. There seems to be an unwritten code/rule that our friends in the bdsm community live by as far as never discussing things with others or ever mentioning names. I'm not sure that less "kink-friendly" folks understand this and then you just become fodder for the gossip mill.

@curious. You must have read one of my posts! Little does he know I shared our kink with a couple of my friends already. They thought it was totally hot! My best friend ordered one for her boyfriend as soon as I told her about it. Once both of our guys are locked up we're going to switch keys for a weekend and tell them what we did!
