As in scoring a game of Golf I think that you should subtract your age from your total days when doing a comparison.
20 days for a man of 20 has got to be at least as difficult to reach as 50 days for a 50 year old. Even with this 'handicap' factors like health, underlying libido and whether you have a partners needs to consider will vary the difficultly of 'going long' for each of us.

Glad this was brought up as it always makes me laugh a little when I see comments about days locked...poor wrote: you can easily see how we've got so many varieties of the same thing it's hardly surprising when some confusion or disagreement arises over what is being quantified.

Confusing...but fun...
Some things I have figured out while practicing chastity include that you can definately have an orgasm while locked up. Ruined orgasms used to not seem like "pure chastity" to me, but I am starting to see the appeal. Control and denial are not necessarily one in the same. When my spouse is more "game" the control aspects start to get more appealing relative to the denial aspects.
