As far as I know, only a PA piercing is going to keep you securely locked up.
My wife wants me to get pierced before her B-Day on Feb 20th. She wants me to order a Lories device. The type of piercing she wants me to get is where the hole is about 1" -- 1.5" back from the head. Basically in the middle of the shaft on the underside. It would be absolutely escape proof. I don't see a way of getting out of that once your cock is skewered with a steel rod that enters on the bottom and exits out the front hole.
I'm not at all crazy about the idea. It's permanent. If she and I decide to stop chastity at some point in the future, it will take a surgical procedure to repair the hole in my cock.
I'm hoping she is just tormenting me for a bit and has no intention of requiring me to actually do this.
Well I guess the cage would be like wearing a wedding band, you can easily remove the wedding band(you shouldnt though), as goes for the cage. Its put on you for a reason, and the reason is to obey. The way I see it you don't have to commit to a PA or frenum with a ball-trap device. A pubic ring that goes around the locking pin should be effective.

I've done some research on that. Since there is no stronger tissue, only skin, a pubic ring tends to grow out. And you would need to make sure that an attempted erection does not simply tear it out.
