Welcome and please tell us of your journey. I would say that the majority of the men here started out with the CB6000. I know that I started with the CB6000 then went to the CB6000s and now have a Mature Metal Jailbird.

Just be aware, you can pull out of one of these in about 2 seconds and wank off if you ever have a moment of weakness. Your balls are trapped - there's no getting around that. But you can pull your dick out anytime you want. They aren't really 'secure' at all. It's more symbolic than anything.
Depends on the size of the ring you use. Short of doing damage to the device or lock, I *cannot* 'pull out' of the CB3k with the smallest A-ring.

Unfortunately, when we first started this I used the smallest ring since it was the only one I couldn't escape from, and handed my wife the key...after 3 days and nights, the pain from bruising and chafing, and the mental fuddle from sleep deprivation (waking up every 90 minutes from erections) had me begging to get it off.

I went to the next-to-largest A-ring and when I was able to wear that for 2 months straight I started going smaller. So far I've been able to manage 2 weeks in the next-to-smallest. I've since moved to the largest spacer that I can put on it (guide pins already cut short) I'm hoping for a better result. Biggest problem seems to be that damn rivet that makes the hinge, it can get rather painful at times...but my wife wouldn't be able to get it off by herself without the hinge.

Okay, I would love to see some pics. I have been in for 3 days this time, and i very well know about the skin pinching you speak of. Everything you say makes sense. If only I could get my wife to allow me to modify mine. She doesn't want me grinding it down. I'm hoping maybe she'll let me fill the groove with some kind of glue or sealant or something to it's just flat instead of grooved. That groove hurts like a bich.

I took a dremel and a sanding drum to my ring. I ground the grooves off the ring. In stock form, the ring is about 3/8" wide. I ground the grooves off the front and back. I ended up with a ring only about 1/8" wide. It's less pressure and less pull on your balls and that nasty groove is gone, so no more scrunching and bunching of that tender skin.

After I ground the grooves off, I went and bought some "Plasti-Dip" It's liquid rubber in a can. I submerged the bottom 3/4 of the ring into the plasti-dip. I left the very top parts out of the dip so the device could still be pinned together normally. Dipping the ring twice built up a nice ring of semi-soft rubber around it. I dipped it once and then hung it on a string to dry over night. Then dipped it a second time and again let it dry overnight.

Now for the cage part. The under side of the cage runs the full length, so when you have it on, there's only a thin 1/4" gap for your ball skin to fit between the cage and the ring. It's more than 'snug'

I used my dremel and sanding drum to carve out a half moon shape in the bottom of the cage so my ball skin had more room under the cage - on top of the ring.

Fits pretty good now.

Sounds fun..........................

If she will let you take it off for a couple days.........

Dip the ring in the Plasti-Dip rubber stuff.

That will put a coating on the entire ring and make the whole thing SMALLER. But you don't really want that. You just want to fill the grooves.

So maybe dip it and then use acetone or mineral spirits to wipe the excess off the outside of the ring..... leaving only the rubber inside the grooves. It's gonna be a PITA though because you're going to have to stand there and hold it and turn it over and over in your hand until the rubber stiffens enough to stop trying to run out of the grooves. About 2hrs

Or, you could take it off. Put the ring down on a piece of paper towel. Use a Q-tip to drizzle the rubber stuff into the groove while the ring lays flat on the table or counter top. Wipe off spills. Let it cure overnight. Then flip it over and do the other side. Gonna take a minimum 2 - 3 days to dip and cure both sides. But that should fill the gaps that are causing the pinching.

I'm locked up right now and not comfortable taking pictures of it. If I can get my wife to let me take it off I will post some pictures this weekend.

Until you can come up with a solution, your KH really should let you out so that the blistered skin can heal. If she forces you to keep it on when your skin is raw and blistered......... probably need to have a serious talk to her about your personal health and well being.

Grinding it down with a dremel is not a big deal and it won't weaken it that much. Mines a year old and I have not broken it yet. Trust me, I've had some rock hard boners when trapped in this thing and I have yet to split a seam or crack it.
