At her discretion is how LRC decides, now. When we first started she felt guilty going more than a couple of weeks. I recently went through an over six week stretch followed by another. During this time I never got out of the cage. The numbers on the plastic locks were wearing off.

The worse/best 4 four months of chastity.

I'm of two minds on keeping track.

On the one hand, I think keeping track may start to apply subtle pressure to the KH. If she really wants to enjoy the control, and feel free of obligation, keeping track may conflict with that.

On the other hand, as a wearer, I am titillated immensely by the keeping track, counting down, counting up, guessing, and record tracking and setting aspects of it. For me, its a rush to think about milestones while locked up.

I believe it should be to each his own. If keeping track diminishes the experience, don't bother. If it enhances it, then go for it.
