I have done some experiments on myself in the last 2.5 years
My findings are as under
1 - When I was released once-twice a week for PIV sex, the erection was much more hard & intense
2 - When I was released once a month for PIV sex, the erection hardness decreased, but within a day of unlocked, it became normal
3 - When I was released once in two months, the erection decreased further but cumming was immediate
Now I am permanently caged for the last 3 months, and I have found that my penis HAS shrunk inside the cage
However, if at all I am released for a week or so, I am sure my penis will be back to normal
All the muscles in the body (including the muscles in penis) follow the "use - disuse" principle
So I do not fear any permanent loss

There is absolutely no evidence that full time chastity will have any permanent effects on your penis. Lots of guys fantasize about permanent impotence or loss of the ability to get an erection. There are a good number of people around who have been locked up full time for years. I have been for a year and my plumbing is as good as ever. Urologists have informed folks around here that not ejaculating won't be harmful.

This stuff about permanent physical changes seems to be Internet myth. One thing that does seem to change for many of us is that some small changes in the scrotum allow a smaller base ring after full time wear for a while. I didn't believe that at first, but now I have experienced it and have ordered a smaller ring.

The only other possibility I could consider would be a penis shrinkage operation. Go under the knife man! That will guarantee you freedom from the cage for as long as it's wrapped in a bandage.
Of course I'm joking... unless you really want it that badly. I would personally just go with agreeing to giving more oral sex ofr not penetrating completely myself. But if you don't fear the knife...

My experience has been more about chastity cage vs not cumming without a cage.

With the cage it's more Intense at first but definitely hindered my ability to have a full erection, decreased sensitivity, and was frustratingly difficult to maintain an erection and cum via PIV sex. And not in a good way. I began to fear id damaged something or had ED. So I stopped with the cage. A few weeks later I was back to my virile self. So any damage does seem to be temporary.

However with orgasm denial and teasing without the cage, I experience a lot of stronger erections and more of them. I find it more exciting and nerve wracking though I have to have some self control. My gf enjoys the latter as she can enjoy hours of PIV and oral sex and still get to tease me nonstop. With the cage I would get soft pretty quick and found it harder to get erect again.


That's just my experience which is why we've been going without the cage for a few months now

Exact opposite for me- let me out and it's almost instantly hard, and so sensitive that just a tiny bit of PIV or mouth, or even hand and I'm on the edge.

It seems as if generally most of you have not experienced any shrinkage anyway! My KH may or may not be pleased, I will not ask of course. If it were to shrink i would have to get my Steelworxx device reduced too she says. I will not go under the knife as I don't think surgery is either desired or a good ideas unless necessary medically. it was whether it would be a -for my KH- desired side effect I was trying to find out the facts from this community who have the most serious and prolonged evidence. I work away from home often, sometimes for 3 or 4 weeks and guess this may lead to some temporary shrinkage?

I'm with you TwistedMister. My wife gets me worked up before letting me out so just getting the cage off is difficult. Once out, I am raging hard so my base ring never comes off. I am so sensitive that she can get me to the edge in seconds if she wants. Since I don't get to orgasm, it takes a long time for it to go soft enough to get locked up again. The cage has to go on very quickly because the slightest touch causes me to get erect again. It seems the longer I am locked more sensitive I get and my penis seems to get harder.

Thankfully the exact opposite and hopefully that never ever happens if that's the route you want to go down, you may as well just get it removed !!! like others I never get as far as taking off the Looker 03 base ring as its not physically possible once ive had the rare reward of removing the PA anchor and then the cage
