I am about to purchase one and would like to get your insight as to how effective and good the device is for long term usage. Some of the things that i am interested in knowing include the following:

1) How well suited is this device for long term wear?
2) If you ever had any medical issues (sores, abrasions, open wounds, etc.) with your device?
3) How it felt to be locked inside of it from a comfort perspective?
4) How much "Give" did it have when your cock had a mind of its own"
5) How critical getting the "A-Ring" size is to having a comfortable fit while not being able to get out of the device?
6) did you ever have one of your balls squeeze is way back through the A-Ring?
