I just received my device back from Mm and the adjusted ring was still too big, luckily I also ordered an extra ring one size smaller. Now I'm completely "secure" and I can only fit my index finger to the knuckle. One problem though, my scrotum is becomes a darker shade almost red. There is no temperature change or discomfort.This is day number one, should I be concerned or let her boys stretch out a bit?

I would say as long as there's no temperature change or discomfort you should be okay. I would keep checking it to make sure until you feel comfortable that there's no problem.

The first time I went down a base ring size I had the same concerns and symptoms. For my own peace of mind, for a few nights, I would put the larger sized ring on when sleeping.

make sure the base ring is not too close to your body. Jeans put pressure on the cage, cage puts pressure on the ring, the ring puts pressure on the body below the scrotum and blood flow is reduced and can cause redness of the sack. that was one of my problems in the beginning.
