I think it would only be a "problem" at a club/munch type level if it was worn without understanding the signal it was sending. In the club level you would almost certainly get approached as it is seen as an invitation and statement of intent and lets the right folks meet each other.
I think if she was wondering around the supermarket she would be OK... unless another kinkster was walking down the frozen veg aisle too!

I totally understand this fantasy. In my real world my KH wears the key or a 'replica' of the key every day, either on a chain around her neck, ankle or wrist. Most of the time the chain she wears has a key that is purely symbolic and not the actual key. My favorite times are at the weekend when she wears the real key on an anklet, I'm like a kid in a candy store!

Not far from here, there is a certain Chinese restaurant near a mall, a movie theater and a grocery store. Every month on a particular Saturday there is a 'kinkster' munch there. It is not at all inconceivable that before or after, one might encounter some of them shopping.

Today i purchased a sterling silver anklet for Ms M as She had mentioned She found the idea of carrying Her key that way appealing.
