Cant put on CB6000s

It seems whenever I try to put on my CB6000s it's like my testicles dont hang low enough because I just cant fit my balls and penis in it at all. My testicles dont hang down at all they are just below my crotch and they wont go down enough to put it on. Any sugestions or helpful advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have read that some guys have luck with soaking in a hot tub for a while. The idea is that this encourages your testicles to drop some.

Can you wrap your hand around your penis and balls making a ring with your fingers? If you can then at least you know it is not a fundamental physical problem and just a matter of figuring out how to make it happen.

Maybe it's your technique? I can't look now on my phone, but maybe someone can point you to a video of someone putting a cb-6000 on? Not sure if that will help, just a thought.
